2nd Shift -- Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM start, 10-hour shifts  - Friday/Saturday: 2:30 PM start, 8-hour shifts (as needed)

Alliance Industrial Solutions is looking for a motivated and dependable Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join our team in North Jackson, OH. If you're experienced on a forklift and looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with great hours and a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit for you!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting daily operations by staging and pulling materials for production. While prior forklift experience is required, we provide job-specific training to ensure you’re confident and successful in your day-to-day responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Stage and pull production materials accurately and efficiently

  • Safely move and organize materials throughout the facility

  • Assist with general material handling tasks as needed

  • Complete job-specific forklift training before operating equipment independently

  • Communicate effectively with team leads and follow daily job instructions

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous forklift experience required

  • Must be comfortable lifting heavy materials and working on your feet throughout the shift

  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays
