Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Facilities Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial or commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining a sanitary and organized environment that supports efficient operations.

Shift: 11pm-7am M-F
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Cleaning: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas following company and safety guidelines.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors using appropriate tools and machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers or buffers).
  • Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste properly, and maintain recycling protocols.
  • Industrial Cleaning: Clean production equipment, machinery exteriors, and facility fixtures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Incident Reporting: Notify management of maintenance or repair needs, such as leaks, spills, or damaged equipment.
  • Special Projects: Perform deep-cleaning tasks or assist with facility maintenance as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
