Job Description


Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with an event rental company and we’re hiring hardworking and reliable individuals to join our Set-Up/Teardown Crew at a dynamic event rental company. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that brings events to life, this is the job for you!

Pay: $16/hr

What You’ll Do:
  • Set-Up & Teardown: Load and unload equipment from trucks, set up event essentials like tents, tables, chairs, linens, and dishes, then tear down and reload after events.
  • Outdoor Work: Help create stunning event spaces in various outdoor locations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Availability: Must be available 7 days a week, as shifts are scheduled based on event bookings — with most work occurring on weekends.
  • Flexibility: Hours will vary day to day, depending on event needs.
  • Physical Ability: This is a very physical position which will include assembling large tents and moving equipment for extended periods of time.
  • Experience: Experience with assembly, construction, or event set-up preferred
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Dress Code:
  • Rubber-soled shoes for safety
  • Work pants or long shorts (No basketball shorts)
