Join Our Team - General Laborers Needed!

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team? Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking General Laborers to join our premier partners in Manufacturing and Production in Youngstown, OH.
Shifts and Pay
  • Multiple Shifts available! 
  • Mandatory Overtime as scheduled.
  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $17/hour.
  • $200 Referral Bonus for each successful referral.
Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading materials.
  • Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Heavy lifting up to or exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Following instructions closely and paying attention to details.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 6 months of previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be comfortable working in cold outdoor temperatures for some roles.
