Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking dependable individuals to join our team in Newbury, OH. We’re hiring for multiple roles across various departments on both 1st and 3rd shifts.

Pay Range: $17–$18/hr

General Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks in assembly, packaging, shipping, or general labor

  • Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to safety procedures

  • Stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs (depending on the position)

  • Operate basic hand tools or pallet jacks

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
