Job Description


Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer. With nearly three decades of experience, they are recognized for their exceptional quality, accelerated growth, and strong industry partnerships. We are currently seeking Material Handlers to join our team!
Schedule & Benefits:
  • Shifts Available: 2nd shift & 3rd shift available
  • Mandatory Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required
  • Competitive Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (based on shift)
  • Benefits Available After 90 Days: Medical (HSA & PPO), dental, vision, discretionary 401k match, and voluntary benefits
Material Handler Job Duties:
  • Retrieve and transport resin materials, supplies, and components between the warehouse and molding production area.
  • Load and unload products, Dispensing into the material bins.
  • Perform daily machine inspections and complete documentation.
  • Handle materials manually and issue/return materials through Epicor (ERP).
  • Ensure proper material identification and FIFO (First In, First Out) tracking.
  • Recycle packaging materials and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Material Handler Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and perform physically intensive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, labeling, and documentation.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and reach continuously throughout the shift.
  • Forklift experience a must!
