Machine Operator / Slitter Operator – Night Shift – $18/hr – Hiring Immediately
Concord, NC | Alliance Industrial Solutions

Alliance Industrial Solutions is now hiring Machine Operators / Slitter Operators for a manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. Immediate openings – start quickly.
Pay & Schedule
  • $18/hour
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Full-time, 12-hour shifts
Job Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate slitting / production machines
  • Load raw materials and remove finished product
  • Lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift
  • Monitor production and enter data into system
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
  • Cross-train across multiple production lines
Production Lines
  • Paper slitting (team-based, palletizing)
  • Photo paper slitting
  • Card slitting (finishing and capping ends)
Requirements
  • 6+ months machine operator or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable and able to follow instructions
