Job Title: Assembler / Mechanic

Pay Range: $18–23/hour (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler/Mechanic to join our team. This role involves the disassembly and inspection of industrial valves, inventorying salvageable components, and the assembly and testing of new valve units. If you have mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:

  • Tear down and disassemble used industrial valves for inspection and refurbishment

  • Identify and inventory salvageable parts and components

  • Assemble new valve units using various mechanical components including nuts, bolts, pipes, pipe fittings, gaskets, and seals

  • Perform pressure and function testing to ensure valve performance and quality

  • Maintain accurate records of parts, work performed, and test results

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements:

  • Mechanical assembly or maintenance experience preferred

  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical fasteners

  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and follow established procedures

  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and work with medium to heavy components
