Job Title: Welder / Fitter-Fabricator
1st Shift
Pay Range: $18–25/hour (Based on Position and Experience)
We are currently seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team for Welder and Fitter/Fabricator positions. These roles are ideal for hardworking individuals with a background in welding and metal fabrication who are ready to take on challenging and hands-on work in a dynamic environment.
Welder
Pay: $18–22/hour
Responsibilities:

Perform flux core welding, primarily on carbon steel materials
-
Execute grinding, beveling, and prep work as needed
-
Tear down and refurbish old valves and components
-
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
-
Perform physically demanding and occasionally dirty tasks
Requirements:
-
Experience in carbon steel flux core welding
-
Familiarity with hand and power tools for grinding and beveling
-
Ability to follow basic instructions and complete repetitive tasks with quality and consistency
-
Comfortable with physically demanding work
Fitter/Fabricator
Pay: $22–25/hour
Responsibilities:
-
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-
Transfer layouts from blueprint to full-scale projects on tables or shop floors
-
Measure, cut, and fit structural steel components with precision
-
Use strong math and geometry skills to ensure accuracy in fabrication
-
Work closely with welding team to ensure pieces are ready for welding and assembly
Requirements:

Proven experience fitting and laying out structural steel
-
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
-
Excellent math and geometry skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fabrication environment
