Job Description

Job Title: Metal Grinder (Stainless Steel) Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Metal Grinder with experience working on stainless steel (SS) components. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using grinding tools and equipment to achieve high-quality finishes on metal surfaces.
Schedule & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

  • Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Perform grinding operations on stainless steel and other metal materials.

  • Use hand-held grinders, grinding wheels, and other relevant tools with precision.

  • Achieve a consistent #4 finish (grained finish on SS), ensuring welds are blended to appear seamless.

  • Inspect completed pieces for quality and finish consistency.
Requirements:

  • Prior grinding experience required.

  • Experience with stainless steel preferred.

  • Ability to deliver a #4 finish (must look as though the weld was never there).

  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.

  • Reliable and punctual.
