Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welder for our client in Elyria, Ohio. In this role, you will primarily operate and monitor the robotic welding machine to ensure high-quality output.

Job Opportunity: Robotic Welder
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, OT after your shift
Starting Pay: $18 - $18.50/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and oversee the robotic welding machine to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Conduct basic quality checks to ensure welds meet standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the robotic equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain production flow.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with MIG welding is preferred but not required—this position primarily involves robotic welding.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications (a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
