Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking Operators for our partner in Louisville, Ohio. Since 1945, they have been a premier manufacturer of central vacuums and tubing-related products. As an internationally recognized operation capable of producing high-quality products, they service the needs of a wide customer base that includes distribution to over 25 countries and continues to grow due.

Celebrating over 60 years of manufacturing success, our partner continues to grow as a result of a diversified product line, flexible fabrication capabilities, a certified manufacturing process and quality products and services.

General Labor Hours & Pay:
  • 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm - 6:00am
     

  • Pay for this position starts at $15.00 per hour

  • Upon the completion of the first 90 days, employees may be eligible for a raise in pay, great benefit package including an on-site doctor, free medical & prescriptions and 3 different medical plans. A 401k match program is also provided.


General Labor Job Duties:

  • Identify pieces/parts and distribute them to appropriate departments  

  • Prepping tubing with lubricant prior to bending operation

  • Other general job duties as assigned

General Labor Requirements:

  • Employee must have at least 6 months of industrial experience

  • Employee must be flexible and open to cross-training and have a "can-do" attitude

  • All positions anywhere require ability to regularly lift at least 50 to 60 pounds

  • Mechanical aptitude ensures success in all of these positions. Someone who has hobbies involve tinkering with electronics or mechanical items or auto work is ideal.
