Job Description


We’re looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. This is a direct machine operation role—not just push-button work—and offers an opportunity to build real skills in a stable, supportive environment.

Location: Chagrin Falls, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hr + based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Operating a variety of user-friendly machines in a production setting
  • Performing quality checks to ensure precision and consistency
  • Learning and using basic machine processes with the opportunity to cross-train
  • Two machines use CAD/drawing software—experience is a plus, but not required
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Ideal Background Includes:
  • Strong attention to detail (critical to success in this role)
  • Hands-on machine operation experience (preferred)
  • Logistics experience is helpful but not required
  • Interested in learning CNC, die cutting, or CAD processes
