Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Production Operators. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent attention to detail, have a basic understanding of measurements, be capable of reading labels accurately, and be comfortable working with both hand and power tools. This position requires physical strength and the ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds.

Production Operators Shifts and Pay 
  • 1st 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • 2nd 200pm - 1030pm
  • $17-$18 / hour depending on shift. 
  • Overtime available!

Production Operators Responsibilities:
  • Perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Read and follow instructions, labels, and specifications to complete tasks accurately.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Assist in the assembly, production, or packaging of products according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials or products as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
