Job Description


We are one of the largest closed-die forging companies in the United States. Using state-of-the-art equipment and processes including PLC controls, quick-change tooling, and automated production systems we produce the highest quality near-net hot forging at competitive pricing compared to conventional forge shops. We are currently seeking Foundry General laborers to work in our Streetsboro, OH facility. Apply today to be considered and if selected, we will get you out to work immediately!

Foundry Press Operator & Production Associate Pay & Benefits:
  • Starting pay for this position is $21.00 per hour, ($19 an hour for the first two weeks of training on 1st shift)
  • $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
  • After a brief probationary period, employees are eligible for a 401K, insurances including medical, dental, and vision, as well as paid time off

Foundry General Laborers Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift 3pm - 11pm
  • 3rd Shift 11pm - 7am
  • Overtime may be required at times

Foundry General Laborers Job Duties:
  • Help Operate Forge Press as part of 3 to 4-person team
  • Clean, organize and maintain work area(s)
  • Set up and operate forge press and trim press
  • Set up and operate required support equipment and processes
  • Visually inspect parts produced 

Foundry General Laborers Job Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of industrial experience or mechanical background preferred
  • Strong shop math skills and problem-solving ability
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects
  • Able to work in a noisy and hot environment
  • Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
