Job Description


Job Title: Packaging Associate – Door Wrapper
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT available until 5:30 PM)
Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for wrapping finished doors and preparing them for shipment to ensure safe transport. This position requires the use of packaging equipment and materials in a fast-paced, unregulated warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wrap completed doors securely using protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Operate binding machinery and other packaging tools safely and efficiently.

  • Use box cutters and packaging materials to complete wrapping tasks.

  • Lift and handle doors with care (repetitive heavy lifting required).

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy items (doors) repeatedly throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in an unregulated warehouse environment.

  • Experience using basic tools such as box cutters and binding machinery preferred.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Additional Info:

  • Overtime may be required and will extend the shift until 5:30 PM.
