Job Description
Alliance Industrial is seeking Production Associates for our Client in Elyria, Ohio! If you have experience using hand and power tools, apply today!
These roles are NOT bus line accessible.
Shift
- 5am-1:30pm or 7am-3:30pm depending on role
- Overtime may be mandatory when required
Production Associate: Pay and Benefits
- $15-16.50 per hour
- $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)

Production Associate Duties:
- Able to perform assigned machine operating tasks and hand assembly tasks at expected production volume
- Visually inspects material during the assembly process to prevent defects and scrap
- Responsible for quality of assembled product prior to and including their workstation
- Able to interpret production documentation including order forms, customer’s special instructions, look-up tables, training sheets and other relevant process information
- Provides written suggestions for continuous improvement
- Strict compliance to FDA and ISO control standards and record keeping
- Adheres to all safety policies
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
- Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
- Exhibit flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
Production Associate Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use machinery such as belt sanders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Bending, twisting and/or squatting may be required
- Demonstrated flexibility in attitude and willingness to work in all areas as needed
- Demonstrated ability to understand and follow work instructions
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work overtime with little or no notice
- Ability to be cross-trained
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of quality standards to apply visual inspection
- Knowledge of proper problem-solving skills
- Must have physical ability and manual dexterity necessary to perform the duties pertaining to job
