Position Overview
Accountability for Sanitation Crew is to clean and sanitize the plant equipment and area to meet all regulations for food and beverage production.

Primary Duties & Essential Functions
  • Working independently or as a team, thoroughly clean machinery and parts
  • Rinse, clean and sanitize production equipment using the necessary equipment and/or chemicals
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen
  • Clean and sanitize production area
  • Set up for next days production
  • Be able to act at sanitation supervisor back up including being able to compete nightly titrations, ATP swabbing, inspections and complete nightly paperwork.
  • Help train any new hire sanitation members
