Job Description
Pay: $14.50 to start (potential to earn $17.50 after being hired in)
Shift: 6:30am - 3pm Mon - Fri
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
- Receiver- responsible for sorting, separating, and preparing received goods for the internal receiving process.
- Vault/Cage- responsible for maintaining the CII Vault and Cage in an orderly and functioning manner for picking and accurately maintaining any corresponding DEA paperwork.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Receiver
- Sort and separate freight
- Verify identity and quantity of items received against purchase order for proper shipment
- Inspect and count received items to detect shortages, overages, damages and/or any other obvious defect
- Note discrepancies/damages for reporting
- Expedite received items to the appropriate area for staging/stocking
- Replenish the Vault inventory
- Complete corresponding DEA paperwork for all CII transactions
- Inventory put-away
- Accurately process and maintain DEA paperwork
- Perform varied warehouse tasks such as put-away, order processing, inventory counts, customer service, and report processing throughout the warehouse
SPECIFIC WORK TASK:
Receiver
- Verify count and compare to freight bill
- Separate freight and sort mixed cases
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse
- Fills replenish as required
- Work effectively together and across teams
- Place stock items on shelves
- Remove stock items from shelves
- Rotate stock items on shelves
- Replenish/put-away of inventory for Vault/Cage
- Complete corresponding DEA paperwork for all CII transactions
- Process special orders (HOT, employee, in-house, etc.)
- Process and put-away Vault/Cage returns
- Pull out of date/deleted items in the Vault/cage
- Receive and process customer credits for controlled substances
- Respond to customer calls/inquiries/requests
- Key DEA Form 222 orders
- Reconciliation of ARCOS reports
- Daily inventory counts for Vault/Cage
- Responsible for accurately processing and maintaining DEA paperwork for CIIs (222 forms, count logs, etc.)
- Request return CII paperwork for damaged and out of date product from Returns Supervisor
- Ability to request reports regarding CII transactions for customers
- Assist purchasing with new item setup and location
- Preparation/replacement of shelf labels
- Locate special orders for shipment
- Maintain the cleanliness of work area
- Work effectively across teams
- Manage time efficiently
