Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with top employers in the manufacturing and logistics industries to connect hardworking individuals with long-term career opportunities. We are currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $18/hr
Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm - 11:30pm

Job Summary:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stack materials and products. Safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or other types of forklifts.

  • Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, or other transport vehicles.

  • Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.

  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.

  • Keep work area clean and organized.

  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

  • Use RF scanners or other tracking systems to locate and verify products.

  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

  • Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
