Alliance Industrial Solutions is now hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for Production positions in Newbury, OH. This is a great opportunity to join a stable company with room to grow. Quick starts available!

In this role, you’ll operate press machines, inspect parts for quality, and help maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate press machines safely and efficiently

  • Conduct quality inspections of finished parts

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

  • Stand and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift

Pay & Hours:

  • $18.00/hour

  • 2nd and 3rd shifts available

  • Sunday-Friday schedule (subject to change)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for 8-hour shifts

  • Steel toe or safety toe shoes and safety glasses required

  • Previous press operation or manufacturing experience is a plus

  • Must have reliable transportation
