Job Description


Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Assemblers for our client located near the downtown Canton area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company known for innovation and career development.

Please Note: This location is not accessible by public transportation.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting pay: $15/hour with room for advancement

  • Raises and a comprehensive benefits package available after a probationary period

Shift Information:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Mandatory overtime required near the end of the month — flexibility is essential

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing or assembly

  • Ability to accurately use a tape measure

  • Familiar with component identification and various stages of the assembly process

  • Experience with wiring and cabling during assembly

  • Proficient in using hand and power tools

  • Capable of conducting equipment safety checks

  • Able to maintain a steady work pace independently or in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills with coworkers and supervisors

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and working overtime

  • Possesses the physical dexterity needed for hands-on assembly work
