Job Description


Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Warehouse Associates for our client located near the Akron/Canton Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company known for innovation and career development.

Please Note: This location is not accessible by public transportation.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting pay: $15/hour with room for advancement

  • Raises and a comprehensive benefits package available after a brief probationary period

  • Strong potential for long-term career growth, with internal promotion and cross-training opportunities

Shift Information:

  • 1st Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Mandatory overtime required — flexibility is essential

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting

  • Ability to accurately locate and count inventory

  • Ability to use a RF scanner preferred but not required. We have onsite training

  • Ability to stage and stack larger orders onto a pallet

  • Operate a pallet jack

  • Capable of conducting equipment safety checks

  • Able to maintain a steady work pace independently or in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills with coworkers and supervisors

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and working overtime

  • Possesses the physical dexterity to lift up to 40lbs if necessary
