As a 1st Shift FC Glove Lab team member, you'll be essential in supporting the production process, ensuring high-quality gloves that meet safety and quality standards. Working closely with your supervisor and team, you'll help streamline operations, assist in quality inspections, and maintain an organized workspace.

What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift FC Glove Lab, you will be responsible for
• Operating glove manufacturing and inspection equipment according to standard procedures
• Conducting quality checks to ensure gloves meet safety and quality requirements
• Assisting with inventory management by labeling, sorting, and organizing glove materials
• Participating in training to enhance your knowledge of glove production processes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment to promote efficiency and safety
