Job Title: Packer
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Weekdays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Packer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are prepared and packaged accurately, supporting the smooth operation of the production line. You'll work closely with the quality assurance and logistics teams to meet production goals and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

What You'll Do
As a Packer, you will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing product packaging to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Operating packaging equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
  • Labeling, sorting, and preparing items for shipment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Performing quality checks throughout the packing process to identify and address any issues.
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient environment.
  • Assisting with cold food prep as needed and following all safety protocols for handling food products.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work well within a team.
  • Prior experience in food processing or packaging is a plus but not required.
  • Certifications in food safety or OSHA training are advantageous.
