Job Title: 1st Shift Slitting/Coating Operator
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Slitting/Coating Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure the highest quality in our coating processes, contributing to the success of our products.

What You’ll Do:
As a 1st Shift Slitting/Coating Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and monitoring coating and slitting machines to ensure proper function.
  • Adjusting machine settings for optimal coating application and maintaining quality control.
  • Conducting routine inspections of materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary physical tasks.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
