Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do:
As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating multi-head embroidery machines, ensuring the proper selection and threading of needles and threads for each project.
  • Interpreting design specifications accurately to guarantee correct placement, alignment, and stitching quality.
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Hooping and preparing garments with precision to ensure flawless embroidery application.
  • Maintaining detailed records of machine settings, inventory levels, and completed jobs to support efficient production workflows.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced production setting; prior sewing or embroidery experience is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with sewing machines and the ability to operate multi-head embroidery equipment confidently.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, with the patience to re-thread needles and perform detailed work repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet production goals.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
