Assembly Associate – Sports Equipment Manufacturing | $15/hr | 1st Shift
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Assembly Associates for a leading sports equipment manufacturer in Salisbury, NC. If you have hands-on assembly experience and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.

You'll be building athletic equipment used by players at every level — from youth leagues to the pros. Multiple openings available. Apply today for immediate consideration.

What's In It For You

  • $15/hour — paid weekly

  • 1st shift schedule — home by 4 PM every day

  • Monday–Friday — weekends typically off

  • Overtime available (usually early start or late finish — not weekend work)

What You'll Do

  • Read work orders and assembly instructions to prep for each job

  • Gather parts, tools, and materials needed for assembly

  • Position and assemble components using hand tools and power tools

  • Verify fit and fasten parts to spec

  • Inspect finished components for defects and quality issues

  • Make minor adjustments to meet production specifications

  • Flag material shortages or equipment issues to your supervisor

  • Help keep your work area organized and stocked

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Prior assembly experience in manufacturing or production

  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely

  • Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality

  • Able to follow written instructions and safety procedures
