Job Description


Pay: $17–$19 per hour, depending on shift and experience
Schedule: Full-Time 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Overtime: Available
Start: Immediate Openings


Immediate openings are available for Assembly Associates at manufacturing companies in North Royalton . Training is provided, and previous manufacturing experience is not required.

This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Experience in assembly, warehouse operations, packaging, production, machine operation, general labor, or quality inspection is a plus.

Shift Options

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform light assembly of parts and components

  • Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper assembly

  • Package finished products for shipment

  • Sort, count, label, and organize parts

  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures

  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

  • No previous manufacturing experience required

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

  • Ability to stand for the duration of a shift

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
