What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Mill Programmer / Setup Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines. You will work with 3-axis, 4-axis, 3+2, and horizontal milling centers to produce precise components. Your duties include performing tooling setups, making and adjusting tool offsets, maintaining machine accuracy, and inspecting finished parts to meet strict tolerances. You will read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, troubleshoot machining issues, and ensure safety standards are followed throughout production.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 10+ years of hands-on CNC milling experience
  • Strong expertise in CNC programming, setup, and operation
  • Ability to independently perform machine setups and tool offsets
  • Deep understanding of CNC milling practices, tooling, and machining processes
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience in maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards
    Preferred Skills include familiarity with G-code programming, CAM software, and experience in prototype or low-volume precision machining.
