Job Description

Food Production Associate / Mixing Associate

Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Pay: $14–$18 per hour, depending on position and shift
Shifts: 12-hour day and night shifts available


Help produce baked goods with an established local food manufacturer. Alliance Industrial is partnering with a company that has been a Cuyahoga Falls staple for over 35 years. Opportunities include food production, packaging, quality inspection, and ingredient mixing.

Available Shifts
Day Shift

  • 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

Night Shift

  • 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

  • 8:00 PM–8:00 AM

Positions and Pay
Food Production Associate | $14–$16 per hour

  • Package baked goods in plastic containers.

  • Inspect products for quality and defects.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail while working closely with other production team members.

  • Assist with production line setup, changeover cleaning, and end-of-shift cleanup.

  • Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift.

Mixing Associate | $17-$18 per hour

  • Read recipes and follow standard operating procedures to measure ingredients accurately.

  • Use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to calculate ingredient quantities.

  • Work with volume and weight measurements, including quarts, cups, pounds, and ounces.

  • Perform pre-operational and post-operational checks of the work area.

  • Track ingredient lot and batch codes.

  • Inspect materials and products for foreign objects or defects.

  • Reject, track, and mark defective products.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and follow instructions and recipes.

  • Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift.

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with a team.

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate issues to a team leader.

  • Ability to achieve required certification or proficiency on pallet jacks, scales, bowl lifts, kettles, and pumps.

  • Ability to perform required line setup and cleaning duties.
