Optical Coating Technician – Twinsburg, OH
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 
                 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Location: Twinsburg, OH

We are hiring Optical Coating Technicians in Twinsburg, OH. This is a hands-on production role that requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and good hand dexterity.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, patient, and comfortable working carefully with small or delicate parts. Previous optical coating experience is not required. We are looking for people who show up consistently, follow instructions, and take pride in accurate, detailed work.

What You’ll Do
As an Optical Coating Technician, you will:

  • Clean and prepare optical lenses and components for coating

  • Handle delicate parts carefully to prevent damage

  • Perform detailed, repetitive work with accuracy and consistency

  • Use hand dexterity to prepare, inspect, and move small optical components

  • Operate and assist with coating equipment after training

  • Help maintain coating chambers, including sand blasting and foil changes

  • Follow written work instructions and quality standards

  • Inspect parts for cleanliness, defects, and overall quality

  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

  • U.S. citizenship required due to customer and compliance requirements
