Shipping Associate – Forklift & Receiving — Urgently hiring in Twinsburg!

Job Title: Shipping Associate
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: Full-Time | Overtime Available
Start Date: ASAP

As a Shipping Associate, you'll be vital in preparing shipments, operating forklifts, and ensuring inventory is accurately received and stored. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to meet customer demands and maintain a stellar reputation.

What You'll Do
As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing products for shipment by weighing, labeling, stacking, and organizing materials
  • Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and manual pallet jacks
  • Completing shipping and receiving paperwork accurately
  • Receiving incoming materials and properly storing inventory
  • Performing routine forklift and equipment safety inspections
  • Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
  • Prioritizing multiple tasks while working independently
  • Traveling between Twinsburg and Peninsula facilities as needed
  • Working overtime when production demands require it


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience (preferred)
  • Previous forklift (tow motor) experience required
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependability with a strong attendance record
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
