Forklift Operator (Sit-Down) — Kent, OH

Pay: $17.45 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Start: ASAP
Location: On-site in Kent, OH

We are hiring dependable Sit-Down Forklift Operators to support a busy warehouse operation in Kent, OH. In this role, you will safely move materials, maintain organized inventory, and help ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming materials

  • Move, stage, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory

  • Pick and pack customer orders for shipment

  • Complete basic inventory and shipping documentation

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards

  • Assist the warehouse team with additional tasks as needed
  Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience

  • Required: Sit-down forklift experience

  • Forklift certification preferred

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items and remain on your feet for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift
