Fast-Paced Stand up Forklift Operator Role — Urgently hiring in Streetsboro!

Job Title: 2nd Shift Forklift Operator
Pay: $19 on 1st Shift, $20 on 2nd Shift
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm (1st Shift), 3:00pm-11:00pm (2nd shift)
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do
You will be responsible for:
  • Operating stand-up forklifts to transfer materials accurately within the warehouse.
  • Loading and unloading shipments carefully to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
  • Performing basic inspections and routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure safety and optimal performance.
  • Maintaining detailed records of inventory movements, materials transported, and equipment checks.
  • Adhering strictly to safety protocols to foster a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Partnering with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and improve processes.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior experience operating stand-up forklifts or similar material handling equipment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of forklift safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to operate various forklift models proficiently.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic math skills and excellent attention to detail for accurate inventory documentation.
