Forklift Driver

Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Forklift Drivers in Morrisville, NC. Join a clean, fast-paced warehouse supporting one of the world’s most popular trading card brands, with consistent schedules and long-term potential.

Compensation and Job Details

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.50 per hour (based on shift differential and experience)

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / Long-term contract

  • Location: Morrisville, NC (100% on-site)

  • Shift Availability: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work only 14 to 15 days per month)

    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Core Responsibilities

  • Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, stack, and stage palletized materials throughout the facility.

  • Pick, stage, pack, and label finished products accurately using radio-frequency (RF) scanners and warehouse management systems.

  • Transport assembled goods safely to shipping docks and assist with staging outbound freight for carrier transport.

  • Perform routine equipment inspections prior to each shift and promptly log maintenance concerns to ensure facility safety.

  • Maintain strict inventory control standards, perform cycle counts when required, and keep all operational aisles clear of debris.

  • Collaborate closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily output goals while maintaining OSHA compliance.

Candidate Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 6 to 12 months of hands-on forklift operation experience (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck preferred).

  • Active or previous forklift certification is strongly preferred, though recertification support is provided on-site.

  • Physical capability to bend, reach, stand for extended durations, and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.

  • Proven track record of punctual attendance, dependable transportation, and strong team communication skills.
