Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading global trading card manufacturer and is urgently hiring Fulfillment Clerks in Morrisville, North Carolina to support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
Pay and Job Details

  • Pay: $19.00 to $20.43 per hour

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Work Location: On-site in Morrisville, NC
Shift Options

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

  • Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 12-hour shifts

This schedule provides full-time hours with built-in days off while working on-site in Morrisville, NC.
Fulfillment Clerk Responsibilities
In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, on-time shipments.

  • Inspect incoming freight and packages for damage or defects

  • Verify received materials and report shortages or discrepancies

  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding deliveries

  • Tag, stage, palletize, and organize materials upon receipt

  • Match packing slips with receivers to ensure shipment accuracy

  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records

  • Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse

  • Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading and packing lists

  • Process shipments using Process Shipper, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager

  • Track shipments and resolve delivery or loss claims

  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts

  • Follow all safety, security, and quality procedures

  • Operate company-provided equipment safely

  • Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned
What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of warehouse or shipping and receiving experience

Required skills and abilities:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Ability to stand for long periods and follow safety and ISO standards
