General Laborer – Manufacturing

Pay: $20.00–$21.50 per hour
Locations: Shreve, OH, or Orrville, OH
Shifts: 1st or 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with overtime opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays
Job type: Full-time, on-site
Start date: ASAP


We’re hiring General Laborers for manufacturing operations in Shreve and Orrville, Ohio. In this hands-on role, you’ll help move and supply fertilizer and bulk materials while following plant safety and quality procedures.
  Shift options

  • 1st shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

  • 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.

  • Overtime may be available on Fridays and Saturdays and is paid at time and a half.

Responsibilities

  • Load trucks, railcars, hoppers, and conveyors with fertilizer and bulk materials.

  • Supply production lines with raw materials based on plant schedules and supervisor instructions.

  • Manage blending and storage piles to help prevent product cross-contamination.

  • Follow safety procedures and work with the team to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Able to lift up to 55 pounds.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Basic understanding of general labor work.

  • Safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.
