Hiring Now: Packaging Associate (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift) – $17/hr + Overtime | Union Job | No Experience Needed

 

Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking Packaging Associates to join a well-established aluminum manufacturing company in the Boardman, Canfield, and Struthers, OH areas. This is a full-time, long-term union position offering consistent hours, hands-on training, and strong advancement potential.

Pay & Shifts
  • $17.00/hour
  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (some areas 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Required 6-day work-week
  • Mandatory overtime

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Package aluminum extrusion products according to company and customer specifications
  • Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before packaging
  • Wrap, box, and label finished items for shipment
  • Load and unload materials and packaged products
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic packaging equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Assist with warehouse organization and material relocation
  • Follow all safety procedures and support daily production goals

 

Requirements
  • Metatarsal boots or steel-toe boots with met guards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work weekends/overtime
  • Must pass a drug screen (includes THC)
  • Lifetime background check required
  • No experience required — manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus
