Assembler – 1st Shift | North Canton, OH | Full-Time
Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing client located near downtown Canton, Ohio. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity offering steady hours, weekly pay, and long-term career growth in a fast-paced production environment.

Important: This location is not accessible by public transportation.
Pay & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $15.00/hour

  • Pay increases and a comprehensive benefits package available after a probationary period

Shift Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Mandatory overtime required near the end of each month (flexibility required)
Assembler Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on assembly of components and finished products

  • Read and use a tape measure accurately

  • Identify components and follow assembly steps and processes

  • Perform wiring and cabling during assembly as required

  • Safely operate hand and power tools

  • Conduct basic equipment and safety checks

  • Maintain productivity while working independently or as part of a team

  • Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Assembler Qualifications

  • 3–6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience required

  • Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Good communication skills with supervisors and coworkers

  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
