Job Description


Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team? Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking General Labor Associates to join our premier partners in Manufacturing, and Production in Boardman, Struthers and other cities in the area. 


Shifts and Pay:
  • 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm 
  • 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am 
  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $17/hour 
  • Required 6-day work week.  Mandatory OT when scheduled 


Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
  • Heavy lifting up to or exceeding 50 lbs
  • Following instructions closely and paying attention to details


Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 6 months of previous warehouse or production experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
