Job Title: Distribution Center Picker
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Distribution Center Picker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily operations within our dynamic client’s facility. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and maintain high-quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What You’ll Do:
As a Distribution Center Picker, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing daily tasks as prescribed by your supervisor or lead.
  • Visually inspecting materials during the assembly process to prevent defects and scrap.
  • Ensuring the quality of assembled products at your workstation and throughout the production line.
  • Interpreting production documentation, including order forms and customer instructions, accurately.
  • Providing written suggestions for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with FDA and ISO control standards and record-keeping requirements.
  • Adhering to all safety policies while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Completing all required training applicable to your assigned position.
  • Exhibiting flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills necessary for inventory and order computations.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours, with bending, twisting, and squatting as required.
  • A demonstrated flexibility in attitude and a willingness to work in all areas as needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards for visual inspection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Availability to work overtime with little or no notice and a readiness to be cross-trained.

Location & Schedule:
