Industrial Maintenance Technician – $22–$30/hr Salisbury, NC | Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Hire

We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for full-time, on-site positions at a manufacturing facility in Salisbury, NC. The ideal candidates have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and industrial machinery.

Pay and Schedule

  • $22–$30 per hour, based on experience

  • Full-time position

  • Overtime opportunities available

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

  • Training is completed on 1st Shift

  • On-site position in Salisbury, NC

 
Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and systems

  • Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and related equipment

  • Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance documentation

  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications

  • Identify equipment issues and help minimize production downtime

  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment

  • Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and plant policies

 
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, or in a similar role

  • Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment or production machinery

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills

  • Preventive maintenance experience preferred

  • Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, bearings, or gearboxes preferred

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
