Machine Operator (Day or Night Shift)
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift: 12-Hour Rotating (2-2-3 Schedule)
Location: Concord, NC


Alliance Industrial Solutions is immediately hiring for Machine Operators and Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Concord. Whether you have experience as a Slitter Operator, Industrial Seaker, or Warehouse Specialist, we have a spot for you on our growing team.

What’s in it for you?

  • Day Shift: $17.00/hr (6am - 6pm)

  • Night Shift: $18.00/hr (6pm - 6am)

Your Day-to-Day:
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will ensure production hits its targets by:

  • Setting up and operating slitting and production equipment.

  • Loading raw materials and palletizing finished goods.

  • Monitoring quality control and performing basic machine troubleshooting.

  • Documenting production data into the system.

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.

  • The ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

  • Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Reliability—we need team members who show up and work hard.
