Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Pay: $18–$19 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP

You'll work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations, inspect finished products, and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.

What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Produce metal parts according to work instructions and specifications
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical documents
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or technical documents
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Manufacturing, machine operator, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
