As a Manual Machinist, you’ll play a vital role in operating and maintaining manual machinery to produce and repair high-precision parts, supporting our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our Shop Supervisor and technical team to ensure efficient production workflows and exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:
As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical instructions to produce precision components. You will plan the sequence of machining tasks, perform measurements, and operate manual equipment such as saws, grinders, engine lathes, drill presses, pneumatic tappers, and Bridgeport mills. You will check the output for quality, keep detailed records of produced and defective units, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Your role includes repairing minor machine damages and ensuring all parts meet specified standards to fulfill customer requirements.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in manual machining or a similar role. You should have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, use and program manual and semi-automated equipment, and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication are essential. You must be a self-starter, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
