Job Title: Mixer
Pay: $17 - $18 per hour
Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, and either Friday or Saturday
Start Date: Monday

In this role, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by preparing ingredients, operating high-speed mixing equipment, and ensuring products meet rigorous safety and quality standards. You’ll work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to promote food safety and product integrity.

What You'll Do

As a Mixer, you will be responsible for:

• Operating mixing machinery to produce baked goods following production schedules.
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Properly packaging products in designated containers, ensuring accurate portioning and presentation.
• Following GMP guidelines to maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout your shift.
• Collaborating with team members to keep the workspace safe, clean, and efficient.
• Using equipment like pallet jacks and scales to move ingredients and finished products smoothly.
• Reporting equipment issues or quality concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure consistent, high-quality products.

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to learn GMP protocols and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks and scales.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus but not required.
