Job Title: 2nd Shift Utility Operator
Pay: $17.64 - $18.14 per hour
Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (Monday-Thursday)

As a Utility Operator, you'll help ensure smooth production processes by handling various operational tasks. You’ll work closely with the production team to maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do


As a Utility Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Unloading ingredients such as flour and sugar using forklifts or manual handling methods.
• Assisting in production and packaging operations to meet daily goals.
• Filling, sealing, stacking, and relocating finished products with care and precision.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure product quality.
• Supporting equipment setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance as needed.
• Moving between indoor and outdoor work areas, depending on daily needs.
• Lifting and moving materials or products weighing up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently.

What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic physical stamina and safety awareness.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
