1st Shift Extrusion Operator – $20–$21/hr | Weekly Pay | Hudson, OH | Hiring Immediately

Location: Hudson, OH
Pay: $20–$21 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate Openings

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring 1st Shift Extrusion Operators in Hudson, OH. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a hands-on, consistent role. If you’re reliable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor extrusion and production equipment
  • Assist with production processes to meet daily goals
  • Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards
  • Mix and prepare materials for production (wax-based products)
  • Package finished goods and prepare for shipment
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Work as part of a team to maintain efficient operations
What We’re Looking For
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (not required)
  • Comfortable working with hands, tools, and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Team-oriented with a good work ethic
  • Looking for dependable, long-term employees (not job hoppers)
