Exciting Opportunities for 1st and 2nd Shift General Labor in Wooster, OH! — Urgently hiring Job Title: General Laborer Pay: $20.00/hr Hours: 1st Shift: 5:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday. Overtime available on Fridays Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing general labor tasks including lifting and moving products weighing up to 55 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Following safety protocols and communicating effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Assisting with stacking, sorting, and packaging finished goods as needed.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 6 months of previous production or general labor experience.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs periodically and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
